Shamanic Sculptures By Terry Milton aka ‘The Stone Lady’ “Visionary Stones” have also been referred to as “The Stone of the Shaman” , “Seer Stones”, “ Shamanic Sculptures”, “Journey Stones,” “Window Vision Quartz” and “Dream Stones.” They provide an opportunity for a glimpse into what is going on beneath the surface, both in the stone and in the person who is drawn to the stone. Many believe these stones will help dispel negativity in one’s energy field and environment. Others believe these stones are useful tools for scrying, gazing, meditation and journeying. Still others consider these stones to be a portal into other dimensions. The Visionary Stones sold at the Witch School Store were hand mined and gently harvested from the hills and mountains of Brazil, using only a wooden stick and bare hands. The free formed quartz crystals were cut and polished by a Brazilian stone cutter who carefully cleaned up the rough edges but took great care to maintain the shape and integrity of the original crystal. Some of these crystals have inclusions of green chlorite while black tourmaline, golden rutile, hematite, feldspar, iron or silver can be found in others. The earth surrounding gently harvested stones and crystals has never been blasted with explosives, nor mined with the use of dynamite. Miners who chose to harvest crystals in this manner are known as “Gentle Miners.” Those who are drawn to these sculptures tend to have a deep respect and an appreciation for Mother Nature and human nature, along with a highly evolved consciousness. They are likely to be the dreamers who “see things that never were and ask why not?” often drawn to Shamanism, those who are drawn to these stones are gentle souls with great integrity who have a strong dislike for any forms of exploitations.
